Book is in fair condition. Covers and spine have fading and some staining, all due to age and use. Dark blue cloth over board, with blind tooled decor. Title and RI State emblem on cover in gold. Title in gold on spine. Binding is secure throughout. Minimal foxing throughout the book; majority of pages are clean, if yellowed from age. Does not affect readability. Original map included in book. Map is no longer attached in book. Map folds open. Very fragile and thin paper but beautiful color with light yellowing due to age.
