This came together by accident. I needed an outlet to release my silent suffering. I obsessed over what I would say if I got another chance to express myself, or what I would do if that person was in front me. So I began to write down my frustrations, confessions, heartaches. I spoke as if that person was in front of me in a journal that slowly became a book.
