My name is Kelly Allen Kujawski and I am the founder of Rarities Books & Bindery. I grew up an avid reader of everything, with a bibliophile mom, and master carpenter dad. After growing up with books and constantly burying my nose in them; going to college; getting married, and starting a family in my early 20s, I knew that I wanted to work with books (just not editing... I didn't want to read for work... ruins the fun). While doom-scrolling on Facebook one day, I stumbled upon a video of someone binding a book in a medieval style and thought, "Yes. That is what I want to do!" Many classes and a lot of practice later, and Rarities was born!
